Nissan is finalizing a partnership with Uber to deploy Wayve-powered autonomous vehicles for ride-hailing by fiscal 2027.

London-based autonomous driving startup Wayve has closed a $1.2 billion Series D round, valuing the company at $8.6 billion. The funding will accelerate commercial robotaxi trials with Uber in London this year and consumer vehicle deployments by 2027.
